Could be great......Mini games fixed for low wins

The spin for rewards mini game is fixed, so is the scratch off mini game. I get the same 3 prizes over and over and over.(which are the lowest 3 prizes of 15 possible wins...and keep in mind I have spun the wheel close to 100 times)
The only "1" time I got a good prize is when I spent $1.99.
The chances of that are slim to nun.........they dont let u win big unless u spend $$
